download our music here and now

I've just added a very easy-to-use download feature to our store page . It's through a company called SnoCap, and I really like the way they've set it up. You don't even have to leave our website to instantly have our songs in your hard drive. Check it out -- and thank you!

country songs

Hello! I was just thinking about the South and how much I like living here. Yes, there are some very frustrating social and legal fences up, but I continue live my life naturally and fully in the public and private -- that's my activism. Anyway, I love the beauty here in Asheville. And I love performing for southerners. Maybe it's the fiddle, or the fact that we're two girls on stage rockin' out on our instruments and flirting with one another. No matter where we perform, there's always a sincere appreciation for music down here. (Of course I find this in many places throughout the country -- I'm just commenting, not comparing.) As some of you may know, we lived in Athens, GA, when we first moved to the South from Maine. Athens is a very cool town, and after 3 years, we're finally returning with tons of new music. We'll be playing Athfest next Friday (June 22nd). So if you're around, we'd love to see you there!

Here's some more great news: We found out yesterday that we were accepted to showcase at NACA South in the fall. NACA is the college booking conference that happens regionally and nationally, where all the college student agents go to book acts for the next semester. Outside of NACA, it's pretty hard to get into the college circuit, so we are extremely excited to be showcasing for our neighboring colleges. If you are a southern college student and want to see us at your school next year, nag your student activities board and tell them to come see us in October in Charlston at NACA...

Thanks for reading! Cregan
